摘    要:实验以浸渍法制备Ni/Al_2O_3催化剂,用于对硝基苯乙醚加氢制备对氨基苯乙醚。考察了不同镍负载量的Ni/Al_2O_3催化剂以及反应温度、溶剂用量、搅拌速度等工艺条件对催化加氢法制备对氨基苯乙醚的影响。结果表明:镍负载量30%,反应温度控制在359~368 K,溶剂与对硝基苯乙醚体积比为1:1,搅拌速率800 r/min时,对硝基苯乙醚的转化率和对氨基苯乙醚的选择性高于99.3%。分析表明,影响Ni/Al_2O_3催化剂活性及选择性的主要因素是催化剂的活性比表面积及载体Al_2O_3与金属镍之间的强相互作用。

Abstract:Ni/Al_2O_3 catalyst was prepared by an impregnation method and applied in the hydrogenation of p-nitrophenetol to p-phenetidine.Based on the experimental results of nitrogen adsorption-desorp-tion (BET),X-ray diffraction(XRD),temperature programmed reduction(TPR),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and activity evaluation,the physical-chemical properties and catalytic performance of the catalyst were studied.Reaction temperature,dosage of solvent,speed of stirring and different Ni loadings were investigated in the hydrogenation of p-nitrophenetol to p-phenetidine.The results showed that both the p-nitrophenetol conversion and the selectivity for p-phenetidine exceeded 99.3% when Ni loading was w(Ni)=30%,the temperature of reaction was 359 - 368 K and V(solvent):V (p-nitrophenetol) was 1:1,and speed of stirring was 800 r/min.The characterization results suggested that Ni surface area and the strong metal-support interaction were important factors affecting the catalyst performance.
