大型铝合金薄壁回转体零件切削力分析研究

摘    要:根据大型薄壁回转体零件切削力测试试验要求,研制了外圆专用压电式测力仪和内孔专用压电式测力仪。通过单因素试验分析,得出切削力的变化规律曲线,并采用有限元分析方法对切削力和工件变形影响进行了分析研究。最终得出在切削过程中主切削力Fz数值最大且对工件的加工精度影响最大。

Abstract:First of all, according to the large thin-walled revolving body?parts cutting force test requirements, the special cylindrical and inner bore piezoelectric dynamometer is developed. Through single factor experiment analysis, the change rule of cutting force curve are obtained. And the cutting force and deformation of workpiece was analyzed using the finite element analysis method. Finally it is concluded that in the process of cutting the main cutting force Fz is largest and biggest influence the machining precision of the workpiece.
