| 摘 要： | 用聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)从 HIV - 1gag基因序列中扩增出衣壳蛋白 (P2 4)基因 ,插入表达载体p GEX- 4T3中 ,构成重组质粒 p GEX- p2 4,在大肠杆菌 BL 2 1中高效表达出重组 P2 4。经 Glutathione- Sepharose4B亲和层析纯化后 ,重组 P2 4在间接 EL ISA和免疫印迹中表现出很高的抗原特异性和免疫反应性。

| Abstract: | A recombinant plasmid(pGEX p24) was constructed by inserting the capsid protein gene P24 amplified from HIV 1 gag genome by PCR into a expression vector pGEX p24 and transfered to E.coli. After being purified by Glutathione Sepharose 4B affinity chromatography, the expressed P24 was detected by ELISA and Western blot and showed good antigenic specificity and immunoreactivity. |
