永磁同步电动机伺服系统CAN网络化设计

摘    要:针对传统的电机伺服控制系统难于实现设备之间以及系统与外界之间信息交换的弊端,采用CAN总线技术组建多主分布式永磁同步电动机伺服系统CAN通信网络,以实现对永磁同步电动机伺服系统实时控制。通过对永磁同步电动机的速度、电压、电流、有功功率等的检测以及电机起停控制为例介绍了CAN总线在永磁同步电动机伺服系统中的应用。

Abstract:In tradition, the motor servo- system can not realize information exchange among devices or between devices and peripheral equipments . This article introduces the building of multimember distributed PMSM servo system CAN communication network through CAN bus technology and the realization of real- time control of PMSM servo system. It schematically demonstrates the application of CAN bus in PMSM servo system through detection of speed , voltage, current , active power and rotor control .
