摘    要:将Q235钢放在改造后的电阻炉内,在通氢气的气氛中加热到1253K保温40min,随炉冷却,得到表面层为脱碳的2个纯Fe试样。将其中试样A通过氧化一还原处理,表面具有层状结构,与另一脱碳试样B一起放入改造后的电阻炉内在通氢气的气氛中进行渗碳淬火。表面显微硬度比较发现,试样A的硬度明显高于试样B,在光学显微镜下观察两试样的截面,试样A渗碳层的厚度明显大于试样B。试验证明Fe表面具有层状结构,有利于渗碳进行。

Abstract:The two pure Fe samples whose surface layers are decarbonization are gotten with the furnace cooling by putting steel Q235 into resistance furnace and heating to 1253K for 40 min.in the condition of hydrogen.Sample A whose surface has layer structure via oxidize-deoxidize treatment and sample B which is decarbonization are put into resistance furnace for carbonization and quencher under hydrogen.The surface microhardness of sample A is higher than that of sample B and the carburized layer of sample A is thicker than that of sample B.The results show that Fe surface with layer structure is propitious to carbonization.
