基于Recurdyn与Simulink的混合动力挖掘机仿真平台

摘    要:旨在搭建新型混合动力挖掘机能量回收关键技术研究的仿真平台,基于22 t挖掘机用多体动力学软件Recurdyn建立挖掘机复杂执行机构1:1模型,在Matlab/Simulink中建立混合动力挖掘机液压泵、电机、储能系统的模型,通过两软件联合仿真,共同精确仿真混合动力挖掘机能量回收的动态过程。

Abstract:Aims to build simulation platform of new hybrid excavator energy recovery key technology research,based on 22 tons excavator,1:1 Virtual prototype of hybrid excavator is established in multibody dynamics software Recurdyn.In Matlab/Simulink model,hybrid excavator engine,motor,energy storage system models are established,accurate simulation of hybrid excavator working dynamic process can be studied through two software co-simulation.
