采煤机行走箱结构的局部改进设计

采煤机行走箱担负着整个采煤机在刮板输送机上的行走任务,并和平滑靴一起支撑着整个采煤机,所以它的可靠性直接影响着采煤机在井下的工作情况,然而从现实来看,由于井下恶劣而复杂的环境,使得行走箱的零部件,特别是齿轨轮和导向滑靴,容易失效损坏,因此,为了确保方便快捷的更换,对行走箱结构作了局部改进,改进后效果显著。

Improved Design on Walking Box of Structure of Shearer

Walking box of shearer take on task of shearer walking on scraper Conveyer,and prop up shearer with smooth boots.The reliability of it affects working conditions of shearer in mine directly.Parts of walking box especially cog wheel and slipper guide lose effectiveness and damage easily because of harsh and complex environment in mine.So we made improvements to design of structure of walking box in order to ensure replacement fast and easily.After improved design,the effect is notable.
