基于ADAMS的钻机卡盘连杆增力机构的仿真分析

摘    要:介绍了钻机卡盘连杆式増力机构的结构和工作原理。利用多体系统动力学理论,在ADAMS中建立了増力机构的虚拟样机,并对其夹持效果进行了动态仿真分析。通过仿真得到关键量参数及其变化曲线,依据仿真结果分析机构传动特点,改进机构设计尺寸,实现工作机构的进一步优化。
