基于STM32F103RC的采煤机制动器监测系统设计

摘    要:针对采煤机制动器中摩擦片温度和磨损量过高存在安全隐患的问题,设计了一种基于STM32F103RC的采煤机制动器监测系统。该系统采用32位ARM STM32F103RC作为核心处理芯片,具有速度快,性价比高的优点。选用MAX6610作为ADC基准电路和温度冷端补偿电路,提高了温度测量的准确度。实时显示当前摩擦片的温度和磨损量,并根据设定值产生报警,提高了制动器的安全性能。

Abstract:A monitoring system based on STM32F103RC for shearer disc brake is designed in this paper,considering potential danger because of high temperature and friction for friction plate of shearer disk brake.32 bits ARM STM32F103RC is chosen as core CPU and had fast performance speed and high price quality.MAX6610 is chosen as reference circuit of ADC and temperature cold junction compensation circuit and improves temperature accuracy.The system can display temperature and friction real time and give alarm accordi...
