| 摘 要： | 通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度检测等方法对60Si2Mn弹簧挡圈的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:挡圈表面网状的磨削裂纹与心部硬度偏高是导致弹簧挡圈发生脆性断裂的主要原因。最后对该弹簧挡圈的生产提出改进措施。

| Abstract: | The cracking reason of 60Si2Mn spring washer were analyzed by means of macro examination,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and hardness rest.The result indicate that net of grinding cracks and higher center hardness were all main reasons the resulted brittle fracture of the spring washer.Some suggestion for producing the spring washer was proposed finally. |
