煤矿救生舱加强肋的设计与分析

摘    要:煤矿救生舱正成为矿工井下逃生的重要装备,其结构强度直接决定了矿工的生命安全。为提高救生舱强度,提出了2种不同截面的加强肋,通过力学理论分析比较其性能指标优劣,并用有限元软件ABAQUS进行模拟,验证了理论分析。使用2种不同加强肋引起的最大变形分别为1.385 mm和2.26 mm,根据变形程度的大小同时考虑安装空间,加工难易等实际因素,最终决定采用T形截面加强肋结构。
