强力液压支架试验台结构设计及其强度有限元分析

摘    要:对3000t级的强力液压支架试验台进行了结构设计,并应用有限元理论对试验台进行强度有限元分析,求得整体应力和变形分布状况。通过结果分析,一方面对强力液压支架试验台的设计强度进行了验证;另一方面,指出薄弱部位,为结构设计改进提供参考数据。

Abstract:Structure of three-kiloton strong hydraulic powered experimental platform was designed,and then the strength for the overall stress and deformation distribution was analyzed with the finite element theory.Through the analysis of the results,on the one hand,the design of experimental platform was validated.On the other hand,weak positions were pointed out,which provided the reference data to improve structure design.
