摘    要: 灰色关联分析是对各影响因素重要程度进行量化比较的一种有效工具。首先对灰色关联分析的原理和灰色关联矩阵的计算进行了论述,然后在南宁市一个矿山和一个采石场进行了爆破质量实验,以实验数据为样本计算,得出了影响爆破块度分布因素的主次顺序。从计算结果可知,天然不可变因素即岩体裂隙分布状态对爆破块度起首要控制作用,然后才是主观可变因素即爆破参数中的炸药单耗、孔距、最小抵抗线(或排距)。控制爆破块度应控制主观可变因素,在矿山通过调节爆破参数,大块率下降了4%~8%,效果较为明显,因此灰关联为确定各影响因素重要度开辟出了一条简捷、有效的途径。

The important degree analysis of the factors that affects rock blasting quality
Abstract:The gray correlation analysis is one effective tool for quantification comparing the important degree of each influence factor.Firstly, the principle of gray correlation analysis and the calculation of gray correlation matrix is introd-uced; Secondly, the blasting quality experiments were did in the one mine and one quarry of Nanning, the experimental datas is taked as the samples , and the primary and secondary order of factors that influence blasting block is workd out. The calculational results show that , the crude unalterable factors play a primary control role in blasting block,the crude unalterable factors are rock cranny,the subjective alterable factors play a secondary control role, the subjective alterable factors are dynamite unit consumption、hole distance、row distance. The blasting block can be controlled through controlling the subjective alterable factors, the large block rate decreased 4%~8% after adjusting the blasting parameters in mine, the effect is obviously,so the gray correlation analysis inaugurates a simple and effective approach for determining the important degree of each influence factors.
