钻机短距离快速移动装置轨道卡紧机构的研究

摘    要:钻机短距离快速移动装置能够提高煤矿全液压坑道钻机的移动速度,针对钻机在有轨道巷道短距离移动的情况,设计了一种轨道卡紧机构即卡轨。在使用过程中,偏心连杆尾部的偏心圆推动夹板夹紧轨道,使卡轨作为钻机移动的支点。此外,为使偏心圆具有自锁功能,通过计算选择了合适的偏心距及回转轴半径。

Abstract:The mobile devices of drill which moves quickly in short range can make the whole hydraulic tunnel drill speeded up.A rail track clamping body named clamping track is designed,according to the movement of the mobile devices of drill in short range.Being in operation,the eccentric round which is located in the end of the eccentric link drives the splint to make the rail track clamped,at the same time,the clamping body makes the drill move as the fulcrum.In addition,in order to make the eccentric round had se...
