煤矿对旋轴流通风机三维全流场数值模拟

摘    要:针对矿用局扇对旋风机,建立了三维整机全流场几何模型,采用四面体非结构化的网格进行空间离散,完成了整机的数值计算。主要分析了风机内部特定面处的压力场和速度场的分布规律,揭示了轴流风机内部流场的基本特性。研究结果可为风机的优化设计提供借鉴,对提高轴流风机的整机性能具有重大意义。

Abstract:The whole flow field,from inlet of collector to outlet of diffuser,of a contra-rotating axial-flow fan used in mine has been built.The unstructured grids is used to discrete computational domain,and numerical simulation was completed.The simulation results show basic characteristic of whole flow field inside axial flow fan,especially pressure field and velocity field.The results can provide basis for optimizing fan design and internal flow,and have important value of engineering applications.
