摘    要:通过科学地设置影响煤矿水害风险的因素体系,采用层次分析和打分评估方法,确定煤矿水害风险等级,分析决策集中疏堵防治措施带来的成本效益和防治效果,并结合平煤五矿庚一采区帷幕注浆工程,分析得出:在采取帷幕注浆防治措施后,能有效降低煤矿水害风险等级和成本.
