河南省薄煤层开采技术及综合配套支撑体系探讨

摘    要:简要介绍了河南省煤炭资源及煤田地质的概况,简述了我国薄煤层开采的发展状况和国外薄煤层开采技术现状。根据河南省薄煤层资源和开采状况,对河南省5大重点煤炭开采企业的薄煤层开采技术和工艺提出了建议,并提出了薄煤层开采应建立和完善技术性与政策性综合配套支撑体系。为实现薄煤层安全高效开采,必须坚持"五个三原则":三同步原则;三高原则;三化原则;三新原则及三合理原则。

Abstract:After briefly introducing coal resource and coal geology of Henan Province,this paper analyzed domestic and overseas development status of thin coal-seam mining.Based on this,it presented suggestions for thin coal-seam mining and technique of 5 key coal mining enterprises of Henan Province.It also put forward comprehensive matched technology and policy supporting system needed by thin coal-seam mining.To realize safety and high-effect mining of thin coal-seam,five three-principlesmust be insisted.They are: ...
