| 摘 要： | 针对转台在使用过程中存在的焊缝开裂、耳板变形及主体板出现裂纹等缺陷问题,从焊接结构、钢板的坡口形式及热处理等方面对转台的焊接工艺进行改进,并利用SolidWorks有限元分析功能对结构进行对比分析。

| Abstract: | Using the turntable existed defects probelm of the weld cracking,anchorage plate deformation and the main body plate appeared cracking ect.Improve the turntable welding technics from welding structure,the groove form of steel plate,heat treatment and ect.so easy to contrast analyzing on structure with finite element analysis software function of SolidWorks. |
