EBZ-135掘进机截割头结构优化设计

摘    要: 摘要:掘进机是巷道掘进的主要设备。该文就某企业掘进机存在截割头振动较大、截齿受力不均的问题,用ANSYS/LS-DYNA10.0软件建立了截割头和煤岩的数值模拟模型。通过仿真得到了截割头和各截齿的受力。再根据受力情况,反复调整优化了截齿截线间距,使得截割头和各截齿所受力的差异系数趋于平衡。同时,差异系数的减小,使掘进机的振动得到了有效控制,截割性能明显提高。
