液压支架检测检验现状及发展趋势分析

摘    要:在分析当前液压支架检测检验基础上,提出未来检测的发展方向。即通过虚拟现实技术建立液压支架的虚拟样机,通过有限元分析技术对虚拟样机进行加载试验模拟,得出液压支架各个关键部位的应力应变数据,从而量化检测结果,为液压支架结构改进设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:This paper put forward development direction of hydraulic support testing based on analysis of present test.It established hydraulic support virtual prototype though virtual reality technology,and conducted loading test simulation of hydraulic support virtual prototype though finite element analysis,obtaining every key points stress-strain data of hydraulic support,it gave a quantitative test result,and provided theoretical basis for structure improving of hydraulic support.
