新型密封结构高分子托辊的摩擦磨损试验研究

摘    要:自行研制并加工出一个托辊试验机。在该试验机上对一种新型的高分子托辊进行了摩擦磨损试验,并与一种普通的钢制托辊进行了比较。通过试验发现,应用新型密封结构的尼龙托辊运行阻力小、磨损小、使用寿命长、经济性好。

Abstract:A roller testing machine is designed and fabricated in this paper.The friction and wear test of a new high polymer roller is carried out on this testing machine.Compared with a general steel roller,a conclusion is drawn that new sealing structure nylon roller has many advantages such as little power consumption,little wear,long application life,good economics,etc.
