箕斗提升防二次装载监测系统的实验研究

通过实验室功能实验台对箕斗提升过程的模拟,对箕斗提升防二次装载监测系统进行了功能模拟实验,实验表明,所研发的防二次装载监测系统能够完成对钢丝绳张力监测、超重报警、钢丝绳张力不平衡报警、未卸空报警及信息存贮等功能,其无线通信方式、硬件、软件基本上达到了系统设计功能要求,能实现对多绳提升系统箕斗防二次装载、防钢丝绳张力不平衡等保护功能。

Experiments on Anti-secondary Loading System of Skip
