基于Pro/E和VC实现夹具零部件的快速化设计

摘    要:利用Pro/E二次开发工具Pro/toolkit和VC++6.0,开发出了与Pro/E集成的人机交互的夹具零部件参数化设计系统。并以定位元件V形块为例,阐述了基于Pro/toolkit和VC的夹具零部件参数化设计的实现过程。该系统具有设计快速化和高效率的特点,实现了夹具零部件的快速化设计。

Abstract:Applied Pro/toolkit of secondary development of Pro/E and VC++6.0 as tool,developed machine fixture parts parametric design system integrated with Pro/E by human computer interaction.And to positioning components v-shaped blocks for example,expatiated implementation process of parametric design of fixture parts based on Pro/toolkit and VC++6.0 in detail.It has characteristics of design quickly and high efficiency,realized design quickly of the machine fixture parts.
