基于有限元方法的渐开线变位斜齿轮齿向接触应力研究

摘    要:以某大功率行星减速器的一对斜齿轮为例,采用Pro/E和ANSYSY软件相结合的方法,分别对标准斜齿轮、变位斜齿轮的齿面接触应力进行了有限元分析。分析结果表明:在同样的负载条件下,变位斜齿轮齿面接触应力较小、且接触应力沿齿向分布较为均匀。因此,变位斜齿轮对改善齿间接触应力效果良好,同时也验证了有限元分析法在齿轮接触分析上的可行性。

Abstract:Taking a pair of high-power planetary helical gear as an example,using Pro/E and ANSYS software,make finite element analysis to contact stress simulation of standard helical gear and deflecting helical gear.The results showed that,under same load,deflecting helical gear has a smaller contact stress,and contact stress has a more even distribution along tooth.So that deflecting gear has a better effect in improving contact stress between teeth.It also proved feasibility of finite element method in terms of ge...
