项目管理中挣得值分析法的改进

 摘要：本文指出了传统挣得值分析方法在项目进度评价和费用评价中存在的不足，对项目费用评价方法提出了改进。同时，在分析任务总时差的性质的基础上引入了含权挣得值的概念来解决项目进度评价中的关键路径问题，并给出了含权挣得值的计算公式和分析步骤。为更准确的评测项目提供了依据。

The Improvement on Earned value methodology in Project Management

Abstract: It is pointed out that there are deficiencies in the part of schedule measurement methods and cost measurement methods in traditional earned value methodology. The method is proposed to improve the cost measurement methods. Meanwhile, a conception of weight earned value is put forward to resolve the problem in the part of schedule measurement methods at the basic of analyzing the total time difference. And a new thought of weight earned value are given. The related calculation formulas and analysis processes are given. The results provide a basic point of reference for measurement.
