中部槽焊接过程中的热变形机理分析

摘    要:通过运用热变形机理,即温度梯度机理、屈服机理和增厚机理,对中部槽焊接过程中的热变形进行了分析,指出中板双面开坡口多次堆焊的焊接工艺可有效控制焊后中板的变形量;底板的单面平焊工艺,焊后产生面向焊缝的弯曲变形;同时对焊接变形量超出要求的中部槽提出了2种根据热变形机理的火焰加热修形方法。

Abstract:The thermal deformation on the middle parts of the scraper conveyor during the welding process were analyzed by using thermal deformation mechanism,such as the temperature gradient mechanism,the yield mechanism and the thickening mechanism;the welding deformation of the middle plate can effectively controlled by several welding at bilateral chamfer;and when welding on the one side of the bottom plate,the welding deformation will on the same sides with welding beam.While welding deformation beyond the requir...
