| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种采用PLC和2台步进电机控制的立体仓库的结构、工作原理和控制要求,分析了入库搬运机构的气动工作流程,设计了PLC控制系统的外部接线图,介绍了工件入库控制的软件设计方法。经实际运行证明,该立体仓库控制系统工件入库定位准确、工作可靠、可扩展性强。

| Abstract: | The structure,working principle and control requirements of a kind of tridimensional storehouse based on PLC and two stepper motors are introduced.The process flow of the pneumatic handing device is analyzed.The external wiring diagram and the software of the PLC system are designed,too.Practical operation proves that this system locates accurately,runs reliably and is easy to extend. |
