| 摘 要： | 通过在锻造加热炉上安装水平往复式燃煤机,改变了加热炉的燃烧方式,充分考虑燃烧过程中的温度、氧量的有机调配,燃烧充分。改进炉体结构,加大炉气的路径和流出阻力,延长炉气在加热室燃烧反应时间、空间,达到消烟除尘、节能降耗的目的。

| Abstract: | Forging furnace installed by the level of coal-fired reciprocating machine,change the heating of the combustion,the combustion process to fully take into account the temperature,oxygen content of the organic deployment of full combustion.Improved furnace structure,increase the oven gas flow path and resistance in the heating chamber to extend the furnace combustion air time and space,to smoke and dust,energy saving purposes. |
