摘    要:针对目前撒布岩粉惰化技术、被动式阻隔爆技术、自动阻隔爆技术的局限性,提出构建固体阻隔爆装置应用在煤矿采掘工作面,设计并阐述了在圆拱形巷道、矩形巷道、梯形巷道中该装置的结构形式及动作原理,该固体自动阻隔爆装置,可以消除瓦斯煤尘爆炸时火焰锋面高温灼烧、冲击波超压破坏和井巷有毒有害气体的危害和影响,同时具备重复作用及使用性,能够对井下爆炸后的二次爆炸或多次爆炸发挥阻隔爆作用。

Abstract:Aiming at limitation of inerting technology of sprinkling rock powder,passive barrier explosion technology and automatic barrier explosion technology,this paper suggests to establish quick barrier explosion device of gas recoil type of extracting coal face of underground coal mine using.It states structure form and action principle of device which is on circle-arch roadway,rectangular roadway and trapezoid roadway.The automatic barrier explosion device can eliminate damage and influence of high-temperature ...
