自动化高压喷雾在煤矿的应用

为了降低井下工作面的粉尘浓度和温度,东怀煤矿应用了一套自动化高压喷雾降温除尘系统。该系统通过净化系统将水净化,再经过冷却系统将水冷却成5℃以下的冰水,冰水经两管路流入井下,其中一路冰水经过加压后,供给井下高压喷雾除尘降温系统;另一路冰水不用加压直接进入现有的防尘管路供给采煤机、掘进机等设备冷却用水。该系统有效地解决了井下粉尘浓度大、温度高的难题,使井下作业环境得到了改善,对煤矿的安全生产和职业病防护有重要的意义。

Application of Automatic High-pressured Spray in Coal Mine

In order to reduce dust concentration and temperature in coal mine,Donghuai coal mine applied an automatic high-pressured spray system.The system purified water through the purifying system,then cooled the purified water into ice water whose temperature below 5 °through the cooling system.Ice water flowed into underground by two lines.One line was supplied to high-pressured spray system,the other line without pressure flowed directly into underground by existing dustproof lines to supply ice water for coal winning machines,roadheaders and so on.The system solved the problem of high dust concentration and temperature effectively underground,and it improved the underground operation environment greatly.So the application of automatic high-pressured spray system is very improtant for safe production and occupational-disease-prevention in coal mine.
