长距离大运量带式输送机的研究

摘    要: 为了延长带式输送机的输送距离,提高驱动能力,增加运量,克服动张力引起的打滑等非正常启动,本文通过驱动方式的比较,选择变频驱动,合理地配置控制系统,增加中间驱动环节,实现井下带式输送机输送长度达到4658m,经过长期运行检验,性能可靠。

Abstract:In order to expand the conveying distance of the belt conveyor,to improve the driving capacity,to increase the conveying quantity,to overcome the sliding caused by the dynamic tension and other abnormal starting,in comparison with the driving methods,a frequency converted driving method was selected and the control system was rationally allocated.A middle driving link was added.Thus conveying length of the mine belt conveyor could be reached to 4658m.With a long time operation inspection of the system,the o...
