| 摘 要： | 利用ANSYS Workbench软件对采煤机摇臂采煤过程中的受力情况进行有限元强度分析,确定出应力与变形云图。通过结果分析,指出采煤机摇臂设计中存在的问题,为其结构优化提供依据。

| Abstract: | Stress analysis about rocker-arm of shearer when it is working is carried out with finite element method in ANSYS Workbench software in this present work,through which stress contours and total deformation contours are obtained.Based on analytical results,some problems in its design are pointed out,which can provide intuitionistic base for the structure optimization of shearer rocker-arm. |
