| 摘 要： | 二级行星架是采煤机截割部双行星减速机构中受力情况最复杂,传递力和扭矩最大的零件之一。利用Siemens NX分析软件对该行星架进行结构和强度分析,并对其进行结构优化,对比优化前后分析结果,并验证行星减速机构中的行星架结构强度和刚度满足设计要求。对其他同类机械的结构设计及优化研究具有一定的参考价值。
