中国食品卫生标准体系现状与面临的挑战

摘    要:目的为使食品监管部门和相关行业对食品卫生标准体系有更加清晰的认识。方法介绍我国食品卫生标准的概况,及在食品卫生法律体系中的地位、作用。对食品卫生标准在我国当前食品安全管理体制下面临的挑战进行分析。结果提出了我国食品卫生标准在科学基础、更新速度、体系结构等方面的不足。结论针对面临的上述挑战,给出了需要进一步开展工作的方向,包括提高科学性、加强危险性评估的地位、加强国内外沟通与交流等。

Abstract:Objective To glove fare recognition on food hygienic industry. Method The summary of food hygienic standards and its standard system related with food inspection authority and function in food hygienic law system were introduced. The experience and analysis of author and certain collections of materials were deeply analyzed. Results Some defects were put forward by analysis deeply, such as science basis, renew frequency and system structure. Conclusion It was suggested that science basis work, risk assessments and communication at home and abroad should be improved.
