| 摘 要： | 甘肃疏勒河灌区水资源优化决策支持系统通过对流域水资源特征、灌区需水量、水库调蓄功能以及生产力结构布局等矛盾的分析,建立了可持续发展水资源优化配置模型和多目标的目标函数、分解协调模型,可在不增减供、需水量的前提下提高水资源的配置效率,实现了节水、增产、保护生态的综合效益。
