| 摘 要： | 对涟钢日产能力300t的回转窑活性石灰生产工艺设备存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了改进措施，实施这些措施后取得了一定的效果，回转窑结圈周期延长，产量基本达到了设计能力。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes problems of active lime production for the process equipment of 300?t/d rotary kiln at Lianyuan Steel. Improvement measures and its effect are also given. Due to the improvements, the ringing circle of rotary kiln has been prolonged and the production has basically reached the designed capacity. |
