| 摘 要： | 电工技术中的低压配电和电动机控制系统正在朝着装置智能化、网络化、信号数字化的方向发展.为此,利用单片机和专用协议芯片SPC3开发了带PROFIBUS-DP接口的智能电动机保护器.介绍了保护器和通讯接口的软硬件实现方法,给出了部分原理图和软件流程图.实验证明该保护器保护功能完善、操作方便、通讯可靠,达到了预期设计目标.

| Abstract: | Low-voltage distributionand motor control system in electrotechnics aremoving toward intelligent,networking,signal digitization.For this reason,we utilize the single chip microcomputer and special-purpose protocol chip SPC3 to develop the intellectual protecting device of motor with PROFIBUS-DP interface.The text introduces the implementation of software and haredware for the protecting device and the communication interface,and provides some circuits and sof-tware flow charts.Experiment proved that the protector have perfect function,easy to handle,reliable communication,have reached the anticipated design object. |
