The research on the Management status of Guangzhou's traffic Construction testing industry and countermeasure

This paper analyses several problems existed on industral testing organisations for tramc engineering in Guang- zhou area, and provides a precise, unified and mind - changing strategy which has the impact of special aptitude, controling sys- tem on black list management, the induction system for testing technician. And it also brings important direction and practical significance for the enhancement of the reform of industral testing organisations in Guangzhou area, the establishment and maintai- ning of every management system, the perfection of the system for Quality Assurance, the improvement of comprehensive quali- ty and the strengthening of market competitiveness. It also pro- vides the reference for relative study of traf~e engineering and in- dustral testing in Guangzhou area.
