中新天津生态城经六路跨蓟运河故道桥拱结构支撑钢连续箱梁线形控制

摘    要:天津生态城中部片区经六路上跨蓟运河故道桥梁工程主桥,采用拱结构支撑的钢连续箱梁,以"飘带"为理念设计,结构轻盈、飘逸,符合桥梁美学设计,但线形控制难度大;施工过程中,通过采用"多节段匹配制造、立体预拼装"控制环口尺寸,采用"测量控制网"控制梁底标高、梁顶标高、轴线,较好的解决了拱结构支撑钢连续箱梁线形控制的难题,具有较好的推广意义。

Abstract:The ecological city of Tianjin area by six road bridge across the canal in bridge engineering thistle with arch structure supporting steel continuous box girder, the design idea of" Ribbon", light structure, and elegant, conforms to the bridge aesthetics design, but the linear control is difficult; the construction process, through the use of multiple segment matc- hing manufacturing," three - dimensional pre - assembly" control loop size, using the" surveying control network" to control the bottom of beam, the beam top elevation, axis, solves the prob- lem of arch structure supporting steel continuous box beam linear control problems, and has better popularization significance.
