| 摘 要： | 矿产资源经济补偿机制要能够反映矿产资源生产、消费和补偿的自然规律、经济规律和社会规律，体现资源管理和资源产业的特点，既实现资源的合理开发，又实现资源所在地的可持续发展。矿产资源经济补偿机制重构要完善矿产资源有偿使用制度和矿产资源开发利益分配机制，同时建立矿山安全生产和生态恢复补偿等制度。

| Abstract: | Economic compensation mechanism of mining resources development should reveal natural, economic and social laws in mineral resources production, consumption and compensation. It bears resources management and resources industry, which can promote a rational development of resources, and can also achieve a sustainable development for the place where the resources are hosted. This paper reconstructs an economic compensation mechanism which necessitates an optimization of mineral resources paid use system and benefits distribution system, and establishes a mine safety system and ecological rehabilitation compensation system. |
