2003年白酒工业总体情况回顾和对2004年发展态势的前瞻

2003年规模以上企业产量331．35万吨，同比增长2．04％。全国产量超过10万吨的省份有：山东57．10万吨，四川50．51万吨，江苏28．11万吨，安徽24．78万吨，河南18．29万吨，贵州15．04万吨，辽宁14．49万吨，广东13．13万吨，湖北13．02万吨，吉林11．46万吨，山西10．76万吨。全国实现销售收入545.32亿元，同比增长11．79％。超过20亿元的省有6个，四川207．72亿元，山东70．73亿元，安徽38．02亿元，贵州33．13亿元，江苏29．02亿元，湖北21．18亿元。全国实现利税总额134．97亿元，同比增长8.4％；其中：税金总额92．74亿元，同比增长0．97％；利润总额42．26亿元，同比增长31．45％。利税大省是：四川54．11亿元，贵州18．21亿元，山东11．94亿元。2003年白酒行业前20名企业，实现销售收入285.34亿元，占全行业的52．33％；实现利税90．65亿元，占全行业的67．15％；其中利润占全行业利润总额的93．99％，税金占全行业税金总额的54．92％。为白酒工业和国民经济发展做出了突出贡献。说明大型骨干企业是影响白酒行业经济效益大幅增长的坚实基础。2004年行业发展态势为：多元化经营减弱，主业竞争突出；体制改革与资本重组深化；中高档产品竞争进一步加剧，产品质量和资本实力影响企业竞争能力；政策法规进一步完善，促进生产流动秩序健康发展。(小雨)

Review of Liquor-making Industry in 2003 and Prediction of Development Trend of Liquor-making Industry in 2004

The total liquor yield in2003was3.3135million tons,2.04%increment than that in2002.The provinces with their liquor yield beyond0.1million tons included:Shandong0.5710millions tons,Sichuan0.5051million tons,Jiangsu0.2811million tons,An-hui 0.2478million tons,He 'nan0.1829million tons,Guizhou0.1504million tons,Liaoning0.1449million tons,Guangdong0.1313million tons,Hubei0.1302million tons,Jilin0.1146million tons and Shanxi0.1076million tons.Liquor sales revenue nationwide in2003reached54.532billion RMB,11.79%increment than that in2002.The provinces with their sales revenue beyond2billion RMB included:Sichuan20.772billion RMB,Shandong7.073billion RMB,Anhui 3.802billion RMB,Guizhou3.313billion RMB Jiangsu2.902billion RMB and Hubei2.118billion RMB.Liquor profits and tax amount in2003achieved13.497billion RMB,8.4%incre-ment than that in2002.Therein,tax amount was9.274billion RMB(0.97%increment than that in2002)and profits amount was4.226billion RMB(31.45%increment than that in2002).The top three profits and tax amount provinces included:Sichuan5.411billion RMB,Guizhou1.821billion RMB,and Shandong1.194billion RMB.In2003,the top20enterprises in liquor-making indus-try had realized sales revenue28.534billion RMB,52.33%of the total industry;and tax and profits amount 9.065billion RMB,67.15%of the total industry(profits93.99%and tax54.92%of the total industry),which made outstanding contributions to the development of liquor-making industry and national economy and proved that large-scale enterprises were the solid base for rapid economic profits increment in liquor-making industry.In2004,the development trend of liquor-making industry mainly predicted as follows:engagement in diverse economic undertakings faded and more drastic competitions among chief economic undertakings presented;economic system reform and reorganization of capitals proceeded;more drastic competitions among medium grade and high grade liquor products present-ed,and product quality and capitals became the decisive factors for core competitiveness of enterprises;further perfect of relative poli-cies and regulations to advance health development of liquor-making industry.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
