考虑施工动态的水利施工安全管理状况评价

摘    要:结合水利工程施工的特点,从施工现场整体环境、工作单元、安全成本、安全监督及安全保障5个方面出发构建安全管理状况评价的指标体系。根据施工安全的动态特征,将指标分为静态指标和动态指标,综合运用层次分析法和最小信息熵原理确立各指标的权重,采用模糊综合评价方法对水利施工安全管理状态进行评价。通过对某导流明渠施工安全管理的综合评价,结果表明该明渠工程施工安全管理状况良好。因此,上述方法对水利施工安全管理状况的评价是合理和可靠的。

Abstract:According to the practice of water conservancy construction , the evaluation index system is built from the five following aspects , thus the overall environment in construction site , work unit in construction site , safety cost , safety supervisor and safety insurance.Considering the dynamic change in construction procedures , the index system is divided into static index and dynamic index.By using AHP and minimum entropy theory , the weight of each index is gotten , and then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the safety management of water conservancy construction.The evaluation results of a diversion channel excavation project show that the situation of safety manage -ment of this project is good and above evaluation method is reasonable and reliable.
