基于双通道PLC的水轮机调速器设计

摘    要:基于容错技术原理,设计了一款双通道PLC水轮机微机调速系统,介绍了PLC调速器硬件设计方法和软件功能实现,并通过甩负荷仿真实验,验证了该系统的可行性。该设计有效地提高了水轮机调速器运行可靠度,为水轮机调速器设计提供了新的思路。

Abstract:Based on the fault tolerant technology , a dual channels PLC of hydro -turbine governor is designed , and the hardware design and software function are discussed , and the feasibility of hydro -turbine governor is verified by the simulation at last.The research not only improve the operation reli-ability of turbine , but also provides a new idea for hydro -turbine governor design.
