加注管陶瓷涂层有限元接触分析

摘    要:加注管在真空环境下会由于磨损,冷焊而失效。利用陶瓷喷涂技术,在接触面喷涂碳化钨涂层,可有效地增强接触面的抗磨损及抗冷焊性能。借助有限元软件,定性分析了载荷,涂层厚度对接触表面的最大变形量及最大等效应力的影响,数值模拟结果表明:喷涂碳化钨涂层后,最大变形量减小,等效应力增大;最大变形量和等效应力随着载荷的增大而增大,随着涂层厚度增加而减小。模拟结果能够为陶瓷涂层材料研究设计提供参考。
