| 摘 要： | 渠道工程都修建在不同的岩土体上,这些岩土体的稳定性,即渠基及渠坡的稳定是保证渠道安全运行的前提和关键。因此,在渠道衬砌与防渗工程建设中,必须根据渠道岩土的工程性质、渠道类型、渠道工程级别和规模等条件,采用适宜的工程措施,增强渠基及渠坡的稳定,以保证渠道工程安全运行。本文概述了国标《渠道防渗工程技术规范》"渠基与渠坡的稳定"一章的修编思路。针对行业规范升级为国标规范的需要,对该章内容做了一定调整,并补充了较多内容,包括:将原章名"渠基稳定"改为"渠基与渠坡的稳定";增加了"渠坡的安全坡比"和"沙漠渠道"两节;在特殊土(黄土、膨胀土、分散性土、盐渍土、冻胀性土和沙漠土)渠基与渠坡的加固处理方面增加了新技术、新材料和新方法应用等内容。 |
