转变城市基础设施建设方式的探讨

随着我国城市化进程的快速发展,城市基础设施建设过程中出现了道路拥堵、"马路开拉锁"、行人过街设施数量不足及城市景观河道水质等一系列问题。从规划建设、管理、运营和政策层面阐述了倡导公交优先、缓解城市交通拥堵的措施和建议。分析了地下空间资源管理中存在的问题,对地下空间审批、管线建设、日常管理等环节提出了具体措施。提出了以人行天桥、过街地道和安全岛相结合的方式完善行人过街设施系统,给出了中心城区域干道行人过街设施的建议距离。提出了利用再生水,回灌二级景观河道的方式,缓解水资源紧张及改善景观河道水质的问题。
