渣油性质对S-RHT催化剂的影响

摘    要:在中型渣油加氢试验装置上考察了钠离子、镍、钒、硫和渣油粘度对S-RHT催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,金属钠对催化剂性能影响极大,重金属镍和钒、硫对催化剂活性无明显影响,而渣油粘度对催化剂的脱杂质性能有不利影响。试验结果对工业S-RHT装置原料的选择有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Effects of Na ,heavy metal nickel and vanadium,sulfur and viscosity of residue on activity of catalyst for S-RHT were investigated on a residue hydrotreating pilot unit.Results show that Na has apparent effect on catalyst activity,sulfur and heavy metal ions such as nickel and vanadium have no evident effects on catalyst activity,and viscosity of residue has unfavorable effect on catalyst activity.The results will play an important role in selecting the S-RHT industrial plant feedstock.
