| Abstract: | Enzymatic catalysis as one of effective, selective and green technology has been rapidly developing and extensively applied in synthesis of fine chemicals especially in the pharmaceutical industry. The characters and new development of enzymatic catalysts,some recent applications of biocatalysts in the pharmaceuticals industry, such as enzymatic synthesis of antibiotics, chiral drugs, aspartame and chiral pharmaceutical intermediates were presented. At last, the future assessment of the research and the developments of enzymatic catalysis using for the pharmaceutical industry was given. |
