柴油机整体有限元模态分析

摘    要:以柴油机为研究对象,利用ABAQUS软件,通过Assembly模块建立了柴油机整体有限元模型,采用工程上常用的Lanczos法计算出自由模态的固有频率和振型.通过振型分析,找到柴油机振动的薄弱部位,并提出了相应的修改措施.从而为柴油机结构的改进设计及动态响应分析提供可靠的依据。并对比了机体模态分析结果,指出了机体模态分析的可行性。

Abstract:Based on ABAQUS software, by Assembly module, the holistic finite element model of Diesel engine was built. Inhere frequencies and mode shapes of Diesel engine under nature conditions were worked out by using Lanczos which is the most polular method to solve modal anslysis in engineering. The weak partitions of the Diesel engine vibration were found by mode shapes analysis, and the corresponding modifications were put forward, which can be seen as the reliable foundation for improving construction design and response analysis of the Diesel engine. In contrast to results of engine block model anslysis, the feasibility of engine block model anslysis was point out.
