计算机仿真技术在磨削温度场中的应用

摘    要:建立了磨削温度场的计算机仿真系统 ,实现了对磨削温度场的预测及优化。利用该仿真系统对干式和湿式磨削温度场进行了仿真并得出三维等温图 ,为研究各加工参数对磨削温度场的影响提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The computer simulation system in grinding temperature field is established, which has been used to predict the grinding temperature field and optimize the temperature successfully. According to this system, the simulation on the temperature distribution of dry and wet grinding arc is realized and the three-dimensional isothermal contour is achieved, which can offer the theoretical foundation for studying the machining parameter's influence on grinding temperature field.
